Sponsoship opportunities
Become a sponsor of CIRP GA 2022
The GA typically attracts over 700 participants and hence offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage and establish links with some of the world’s top academics,researchers and industrialists in production engineering.
Several sponsorship packages are available that will allow organisations the opportunity to support the GA and be recognised appropriately in the conference media. Additionally, there will be limited space made available in the conference venue for exhibitions of small-scale products, posters/banners or digital presentations.
The 5 different sponsorship levels and details of the exhibition package are outlined in the following section.
Diamond sponsor
€10,000 + VAT
- Acknowledged as Diamond Sponsor in GA website and printed programme.
- Special mention in opening/closing ceremonies.
- 3 free registrations to the GA.
- Two 6m2 free exhibition slots if required (or can be combined to make one enlarged slot).
- Company logo and website link on all emails sent by the organising team promoting the GA.
- Listed as sole sponsor for one of the main GA social events i.e. Welcome Reception, General Assembly Dinner or Farewell Dinner, with company logo prominently displayed on banners, available TV screens etc., during the specific event.
- Opportunity to sponsor an item from either Category A, B or C (see details below).
Gold sponsor
€7,500 + VAT
- Acknowledged as Gold Sponsor in GA website and printed programme.
- 2 free registrations to the GA.
- One 8m2 free exhibition slots if required (or can be combined to make one enlarged slot).
- Listed as sponsor for one of the delegate lunches during the GA, with company logo prominently displayed on banners, available TV screens etc., during the specific day.
- Opportunity to sponsor an item from either Category A, B or C (see details below).
Silver sponsor
€4,000 + VAT
- Acknowledged as Silver Sponsor in GA website and printed programme.
- 1 free registrations to the GA.
- One 6m2 free exhibition slots if required (or can be combined to make one enlarged slot).
- Listed as sponsor for one of the delegate refreshment / coffee break sessions during the GA, with company logo prominently displayed on banners, available TV screens etc., during the specific period.
- Opportunity to sponsor an item from either Category A, B or C (see details below).
Exhibition package
€2,500 + VAT
- Exhibition space measuring 3x2m.
- A table, 2 chairs and power sockets for electronic / electrical devices.
- Listed as an exhibitor in the GA website and printed programme.
Prices will increase with 21% VAT.
Important: Any extra service or furniture will have to be contracted separately according to the needs of the exhibitior. We will publish the extra service or furniture form shortly.

1 For items in Categories A and B, sponsors will be expected to provide (approximately 700) the respective corporate branded item (or equivalent) in addition to the sponsorship cost/fee.
2 For items in Category C, selection and design of items (together with placement of company logo) will be decided in consultation with the sponsor.
We also welcome suggestions for other items not listed above or ideas you may have regarding your organisation's participation with the General Assembly that would maximise your exposure and enhance the experience for our delegates.
