How to register
As registration is only open to CIRP Members (including Corporate Members), CIRP Research Affiliates and approved guests, your registration will be checked and validated. You will be contacted should you not be eligible
Step 1
Every person wishing to access the Private Area of the Congress site must pre-register. A registration form including your personal details, a user and a password must be filled.
RegistrationOnce this step is done, you can access your Private Area and carry out different tasks related to your attendance to the Congress, such as make your registration official, submit your contributions or make a hotel booking, for example.

Once you are pre-registered, you will receive an email back confirming your User and Password.
To access the Private Area, you will have to enter those codes in the link on the upper right corner in the site.

To formalize your registration, you must first be pre-registered and access your Private Area.
In the first page you will find your profile, including your personal details. You will be able to modify those details whenever you want. Please, do not forget to save the changes.
Click on the button Registration form to access the Registration form itself. Here you will be able to choose your registration fee, book the events you plan to attend, or book a room at one of the official hotels. The system will allow you to book different services at different times, if needed, i. e., you can register at a very first time and book and pay a room or any other service at a later time, if you want to.
Your registration is not official until the payment of all the booked services is paid.
